List Email Tags API

List email tags and contact counts for the active organization.

List the tags used by subscribers in the organization attached to the API key.

Error responses:

Status	Meaning
`401`	Missing or invalid API key.

Tags are returned in descending usage order.
sampleLimited is true when the organization has more tag rows than the read cap.
