Get Email Contact API

Retrieve one email contact by email address.

Retrieve one subscriber by email address from the organization attached to the API key.

Error responses:

Status	Meaning
`400`	Invalid email.
`401`	Missing or invalid API key.
`404`	Contact not found in the API key's organization.

Notes

The email must be URL encoded when it contains @ or +.
suppressionReason is unsubscribed, bounced, complained, or null.
