These Terms govern access to Growth. The service helps organizations track affiliate activity, calculate commissions, and trigger Stripe Connect transfers to affiliates.

Accounts

You are responsible for the users, organizations, API keys, affiliate programs, and Stripe accounts connected to your workspace. Keep credentials secure and only invite teammates who are authorized to manage financial workflows.

Affiliate Tracking

Tracking results depend on the events you send to the API. You are responsible for sending accurate click, signup, payment, refund, and customer identifiers from your own application.

Stripe Connect

Growth coordinates Stripe Connect onboarding and transfer requests. Stripe processes payments, connected accounts, balances, transfers, and payouts under Stripe's own terms. You are responsible for confirming that every payout is valid before triggering it.

Taxes and Compliance

You remain responsible for your tax, accounting, affiliate, consumer protection, and marketplace compliance obligations. Growth is not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for fraud, spam, deceptive attribution, unauthorized tracking, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by Stripe or applicable law.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves.
