Attribute a new customer to an affiliate partner.
Record a signup after the target app creates a user or customer.

}customerKey must be stable. Use your internal user id or Stripe customer id.
If the program pays fixed rewards on signup, no amount is required. If the program pays a percentage on signup, include amount, currency, and sourceId; the currency must match the program currency.
If no affiliate can be matched, Growth stores the customer as unattributed. Program owners can later open Affiliation > Customers, click Link, and attach the customer to the correct affiliate.
Use the same customerKey for payment events. This is how Growth connects revenue to the original attribution.
